Heard about this up-and-coming SoCal band American Royalty from gottadancedirty.com, who are hyping them up pretty hard. Not sure how this sound will do over the course of a whole album, but for the purposes of this single it’s pretty sweet. Electro beats augmented by some nice guitar/drum work and a singer who sort of reminds me of Cold War Kids’ Nathan Willett. Their EP Ardemo was released late last year – check out their Facebook (click the above photo) and show them some love if you like the sound.
