Cults – Bumper
Pitchfork-flavor-of-the-season Cults finally released their long-awaited debut LP this past Tuesday. It’s hard to find a song that hasn’t already been disseminated all over the Internet ever since their 3-song EP last year blew up the blogosphere, but “Bumper” is a relatively fresh tune that has everything that makes Cults such a great summer band: boy-girl harmonies, sugary melodies and a cheerful carefreeness that allows you to enjoy the music, pure and simple.

Interestingly enough, this song is based on a hook from Richard Swift’s “The Bully”. Youtube it!
